Implants

ImplantsDental implants are made of titanium and mimic tooth roots. Dental implants are inserted into the bone below the gum. Once the implant has integrated into the jaw, a crown can be placed over the top. This can take some weeks to months. Implants and their crowns appear to be growing out of the gum so that in appearance it closely mimics a natural tooth. Implants do not impact adjacent teeth as they can be placed without having to cut into these teeth as is required for a bridge. And unlike a denture, implants are fixed in the mouth and cannot be removed.

Regular 6 monthly check-ups and professional cleaning, alongside excellent home oral
